Transportation policy

Free delivery
Applicable conditions: Orders within the United States with an amount ≥ $200 are eligible for free USPS priority shipping service.
Scope limitation: Only applicable to US addresses (unless otherwise specified).
Delivery Time
Same day shipping: Orders placed before 1pm Pacific Time from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same working day.
Delayed shipment: Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/holidays will be postponed to the next working day.
Urgent option
USPS overnight delivery: Priority courier service can be selected.
FedEx: Coming soon (exact time to be announced).
Logistics Tracking
Automatically send a “Package Shipped” email with a tracking number after shipment for real-time tracking.

Order cancellation
